The 10 day CBT Countdown for Ms. Lilly’s birthday is ALMOST complete!

(Feel free to catch up with Part 1 of your CBT assignments from Ms. Lilly, and Part 2 of the CBT games here if you’re just now joining us) You’ve made it through 6 days of CBT in honor of Ms. Lilly’s birthday, and there’s just four more days of the countdown to go. It’s the home stretch edge pets–so don’t give up!

Brace for Impact– Your next 4 days of CBT assignments await:

4 (June 15th) CBT by the Book. Grab a hardcover book, and whack yourself in the balls with the spine 4 times for every 4 min of stroking you do. I require a minimum of 4 edges today, so you might want to have a bowl of ice water on standby to use those poor battered balls between edge attempts. No book? Use a pair of lace up shoes instead.

3 (June 16th) You’ll need a bowl of very warm water, and a bowl of ice water. Place one hand in the very warm water, and use it to stroke your cock, place the other in the bowl of ice water, pick up an ice cube, and use it to tease your balls. Keep going until the ice cube melts, then switch–so that your very warm hand is caressing your balls, and your cock gets the ice cube treatment until the ice cube melts. Feel free to dunk your hand back into the bowl of very warm water to heat things up, and refill with more very warm water if the bowl itself is cooling down. Your cock & balls EACH need to get the ice cube treatment 3 times before the assignment is complete.

2 (June 17th) Scour your cock and balls with the rough side of a brand new, clean kitchen sponge for 2 minutes. Use a light touch if you have to–but your shaft and sack should have a distinct pinkish tinge by the end.

  • Hardcore CBT addicts: Pour some lube into your palm, mix in a teaspoon of salt, and a dash of hot sauce, then edge as many times as you in the next 20min– no cumming.
  • Everyone else–stroke with one hand, and lightly slide the tines of a stainless steel fork over and around your balls, edging at least twice in 20min. If you fail to edge, you have to start over.

1 (June 18th) Congratulations stroker! It’s the last day of the countdown, and your assignment is to find 1 slow song, one fast song, and one power ballad to do CBT to. Stroke with one hand, and cup your balls with the other–squeezing them lightly in rhythm to the beat. If the Vocalist is holding a note, you have grip your balls, and pull–stretching them until the note ends. No vocalist? Substitute any time the drums or guitar is having a solo. There is no escaping CBT with this assignment, but you don’t have to do all 3 songs one after the other. You can space them out if you need to catch your breath, or your balls need a break.
